Monthly Survey
Participate in a monthly survey on types of vessels chartered, lead times needed to charter those vessels and origins and destinations of the cargoes being shipped. Member responses are anonymous, and we do not collect any proprietary data.

Breakbulk Index 
Survey responses are collated and used to create the Journal of Commerce Breakbulk Index, a new, one-of-a-kind industry index that tracks capacity from the breakbulk shipper’s perspective. Regular survey responders will be invited to join a monthly webinar on the results lead by expert analyst Susan Oatway, creator of the index and receive access to news and data on JOC.com, the Journal of Commerce Breakbulk quarterly report, and the quarterly Breakbulk magazine.

Dedicated Teams Channel
A secure Microsoft Teams channel will house all activity, facilitating real-time interaction amongst the Breakbulk Shipper Group, Susan Oatway, and a range of relevant subject matter experts.
